What was the highlight of Agua Hotels Riverside
Great place to stay, specially when you driving around Algarve, it was good starting point for us.
Lovely setting, beautiful view, great restaurant and friendly and helpful staff.
There was a fishy smell in our room, we complained about it and hotel staff gave us a special air freshener. They said that someone is cooking mussels in other room, but it probably was sewage system.

Peaceful and calm , time to recharge during our stay.
The suite is spacious with fantastic views, peaceful and calm. The staff friendly and welcoming. Breakfast very good and dinning room pleasant to look over the Arada River..
The suite has no finishing touches for a 4 star room. No mirror in bedroom . No shower mat. No tissues. Pillows cheap , no bed covers for extra warmth . No mini bar. No cushions on sofa. Suite has No style. The spa area needs an whole upgrade , old sauna and jacuzzi , it does not reflect 4 star facilities

What was the highlight of Agua Hotels Riverside
Great hotel with minor flaws
Great location, great staff, a good restaurant, and an interesting building. The ample parking and a balcony for each room worked well. The steam room ("Turkish bath") had ample heat and steam.
No tea / coffee facilities in the room was disappointing. And having two single beds pushed together instead of a king size bed was uncomfortable. The range of gym equipment could be improved, though I appreciate there isn't more space available in the allocated room.
